This month we’ve been looking at apps and tools that can make working as a freelancer and small team more efficient.
So far, we’ve explored the following tools:
Managing time/projects efficiently using: Ora and/or Trello
Managing communication with clients and team members: using Slack
Managing company security and passwords securely using: Lastpass
What we haven’t yet looked at is tracking time or invoicing!
If you’re a freelancer or service-based business, you’ll know that tracking your time and then turning that tracked time into an invoice can be such a time-consuming process!
This is why I wanted to share my favourite time-tracking app with you this week. If you’ve been using a manual process to generate your time-sheets and invoices then this tool is for you!
This week’s #tooloftheweek is called Harvest App. I have used this tool myself for about 6 years now and I wouldn’t be without it.
Harvest App makes tracking my time to different clients or business projects very quick. Then, in most cases you can generate your invoice in seconds.
