What do I bring to the meeting?

It's not essential that you bring anything other than yourself to the meeting. However, the more you can consider and be clear on your goals prior to the session - in particular your financial goals, the more we'll be able to finish during our time together.

If I need to change the appointment, can I reschedule?

You can quickly and easily reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to the session for no charge using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Please note that sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If you need help rescheduling your booking you can email hello@thehelpfulacademy.com and our team will help you reschedule.

How will the meeting take place?

We host all of our meeting using Zoom. The link to join the Zoom meeting can be found inside your booking confirmation email. All you need to do is click this link and follow the instructions provided.

If you've never used Zoom before, we recommend that you allow additional time prior to the meeting to download the app to make your viewing experience better and ensure you are on time to the meeting.

I can't find a time that suits me, do you have any other times available?

Kat is available for planning sessions between 9 - 3pm NZ standard time, Tuesday - Friday. If you are from another time zone and cannot find a time that suits your time zone, please contact the team on hello@thehelpfulacademy.com and we can look at finding another time.
