What do I bring to the review meeting?

Once you've chosen your time and confirmed your booking time you'll be taken to a Thank You Page. This will give you a link to the Marketing Health Check. You'll also find the link to this in your purchase confirmation.

Please ensure to complete this audit prior to our meeting and email a copy to kat@thehelpfulacademy.com. We will be discussing this at our meeting and using it to form your plan.

If I need to change the appointment, can I reschedule?

You can quickly and easily reschedule your session up to 48 hours prior to the session for no charge using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.

Please note that sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If you need help rescheduling your booking you can email hello@thehelpfulacademy.com

How will the meeting take place?

We host all of our meeting using Zoom. The link to join the Zoom meeting can be found inside your booking confirmation email. All you need to do is click this link and follow the instructions provided.

If you've never used Zoom before, we recommend that you allow additional time prior to the meeting to download the app to make your viewing experience better and ensure you are on time to the meeting.

I can't find a time that suits me, do you have any other times available?

My standard working hours are 9 - 4pm NZ standard time Monday - Friday. If you are from another time zone and cannot find a time that suits your time zone, please contact me on kat@thehelpfulacademy.com and we can look at finding another time.
